Welcome to SkyRose Medical Aesthetics Academy (“SkyRose,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, enrolling in any course, program, or training, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our website and services.
1. Purpose of Services
SkyRose Medical Aesthetics Academy provides educational training, mentorship, workshops, externships, and on-demand learning modules designed for licensed or aspiring healthcare professionals in the aesthetic industry. Our programs are intended for educational purposes only and do not replace professional licensing requirements, state regulations, or clinical supervision requirements.
2. Eligibility Requirements
By enrolling in any SkyRose program, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You possess the required medical license or credentials when applicable.
- You will comply with all state and federal regulations governing aesthetic practice.
SkyRose reserves the right to request documentation or deny enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Payment, Fees & Financing
Payment for all courses and training programs must be completed at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
SkyRose offers third-party financing options such as Klarna and Afterpay; however, all financing terms are governed solely by those providers.
SkyRose is not responsible for:
- Approval or denial decisions
- Payment schedules
- Late fees or financial penalties
All tuition payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our training, all sales are final. This includes:
- In-person training
- Virtual training
- On-demand modules
- Workshops, mentorships, and externships
Once a program is purchased, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or course transfers will be issued. Please review all course details prior to purchase.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an in-person training, you must contact us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is based on availability.
SkyRose reserves the right to reschedule or modify a training date due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability, inclement weather, or facility issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, workbooks, digital content, images, branding, and training techniques are the exclusive property of SkyRose Medical Aesthetics Academy.
Students may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or share any course content without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a professional, respectful learning environment. SkyRose may remove any participant for inappropriate conduct, including harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of professional standards. Removal does not qualify the student for a refund.
8. Medical Disclaimer
SkyRose trainings are educational and do not guarantee clinical competency. It is the student’s responsibility to:
- Practice within their professional scope
- Comply with state regulations
- Maintain appropriate supervision where required
SkyRose does not guarantee employment, patient outcomes, or business results after completing any program.
9. Liability Limitation
By participating in SkyRose programs, you agree that SkyRose, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for:
- Any injury or adverse event during hands-on practice
- Misuse of training or techniques
- Business losses or financial outcomes
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected for enrollment, communication, and account management. SkyRose does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing or course administration.

11. Changes to Terms
