About Dr. Chakika “Keke” Williams
National Aesthetic Trainer, Mentor, and Dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Chakika “Dr. Keke” Williams is a Doctorate-prepared, dual board-certified Family and Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years in healthcare. As a national trainer, aesthetic mentor, and founder of the SkyRose franchise, she has personally trained over 1,000 providers across the country in safe, effective injection techniques and evidence-based best practices.
Her extensive background includes leadership roles in nursing, administration, and case management, as well as building her own successful MedSpa and training academy. Dr. Keke’s approach blends medical expertise with mentorship, ensuring each student receives the personalized guidance and real-world insight needed to thrive in today’s aesthetics landscape.
Recognized with numerous awards — including Nurse Educator of the Year and Best Educational Institution — Dr. Keke has also been featured in CBS’s American Health Front, Shoutout Atlanta, and VoyageATL for her impact and leadership in the industry.
Driven by passion, purpose, and a commitment to inclusivity, Dr. Keke continues to elevate standards in medical aesthetics.

Founded by Dr. Chakika “Dr. Keke” Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, SkyRose RCS Medical Aesthetics Academy was born from a passion to bridge the gap between medical education and real-world success in aesthetics.
After recognizing the lack of diversity, mentorship, and business guidance available to aspiring injectors, Dr. Keke created a space where learning meets legacy.
Through programs like the Injector Confidence Gap Training, IV Hydration Proficiency Program, and MedSpa CEO Academy, students receive more than technical skills — they gain the tools, mindset, and mentorship needed to launch thriving aesthetic careers and medspa businesses.
