The SkyRose Mentorship Programs are designed for providers who already have some clinical experience but need guidance surrounding business growth, strategy, structure, branding, and scaling. These mentorship opportunities focus on helping providers transition from simply performing treatments to building a sustainable, profitable, and well-structured aesthetic business.
Students receive insight into pricing, marketing, client acquisition, systems, leadership, branding, and provider positioning while gaining mentorship from Dr. Keke and the SkyRose Academy team.
Whether you are just beginning your business journey or actively scaling your medspa, these mentorship opportunities are designed to help providers gain clarity, confidence, and strategic direction.

Any Questions?
Some clinical experience is recommended, as mentorship focuses primarily on business growth, leadership, scaling, and operational strategy.
While business growth is the primary focus, mentorship may also include guidance surrounding provider development, confidence, and clinical decision-making.
Both options are available. Students may choose between group mentorship experiences or more personalized private mentorship support.
Students are encouraged to bring their own models. SkyRose Academy can also assist with model recruitment upon request. Model recruitment is a joint effort between the student and SkyRose Academy to support a successful training experience.
SkyRose Academy alumni may qualify for a 20% alumni discount on select mentorship and skills-refinement opportunities.
At SkyRose RCS Medical Aesthetics Academy, our focus is not just on teaching technique. We help providers close the “Injector Confidence Gap” by combining clinical knowledge, hands-on exposure, real-world patient assessment, safety, and provider confidence.
